Description
You have a great mission, with good people and fantastic programs, how do you make sure that you have the right tools in place so that the technology is supporting your mission and not hindering it. The technology infrastructure required to support an organization of 5-10 staff is notably different than 15-40 staff or 40-100 staff.

During this session we’ll review a standard IT maturity model and discuss some specifics around establishing good IT Governance. After describing a good foundation we’ll move on to how to budget for technology initiatives. This session will focus more on the collaboration, infrastructure and platform side of the equation. There will be plenty of time for discussion, so come expecting to ask about your unique situation or share your successes.

Desired Outcomes
Strategic understanding for developing plans and systems to scale when success is achieved. This would include, investments, technical solutions, etc.
