Impact Evaluation

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Description
Part of innovating effectively is being able to evaluate whether what you’re experimenting with has made a difference - and how far other environmental or design factors are influencing the outcome, for better or worse. We’ll look at the difference between outcomes and impact; how evaluation should run through your the lifecycle of your program; how to include communities in your evaluation; and what is different about evaluating technology projects. This session optionally pairs well with the Community Needs Assessment workshop on Monday.

Desired Outcomes
Understanding of how to identify what "good" looks like, and how to evaluate whether or not you achieved this intended outcome.
